1. Nature of Voluntary Support

Contributions made through Angels Message For You are voluntary gifts and love offerings. Your contribution directly supports the ongoing creation, production, and public sharing of free daily angel messages, prayers, and uplifting video content.

Contributions are not commercial purchases. You receive no physical products, commercial goods, or guaranteed services in return.

2. Refund Policy

Because contributions are voluntary gifts, all contributions are generally considered final. However, we believe in peace, integrity, and grace. We are happy to honor refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Accidental / Duplicate Charges: If you accidentally tapped the payment button twice or entered the wrong amount.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If your card or PayPal account was used without your permission.
• Technical Errors: If a system glitch occurred during the checkout process.

To request a refund for an accidental contribution, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date.

3. Recurring (Monthly) Support Cancellation

If you chose recurring monthly support, you can cancel your monthly gift at any time with zero penalties:

• Directly inside your PayPal account under Settings → Automatic Payments.
• Or by emailing us, and we will cancel it for you immediately.

4. How to Contact Us

When requesting a refund, please include:

• Your Name / Email used during checkout
• Approximate date & amount of the gift
• PayPal Transaction ID (if available)
